Dr Hertler addressed my problem with sensitivity and a thorough examination. I felt very reassured by his care. the office staff are very friendly.
Dr Patel quite literally saved my life. His staff is absolutely precious and that man wrote the book on bedside mannerism. They always can get me in quickly and are wonderful both at Good Sam and St. Vincent.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hertler for several years now and have been totally pleased with him. He is a very kind and caring doctor. He is extremely knowledgable of my condition and makes sure to tell me what he will be doing during the procedure he is performing. There are no surprises on what to expect. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hertler.
