RecommendedAll the staff was very kind! Doctor Patel was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Coming from a small and not liking to drive in the city I was pleasantly surprised how convenient the parking garage and walk to the clinic was. Free parking voucher was a big plus too! If I were to say anything negative, it would be our doctor was a little behind and maybe seemed a bit rushed to move on to his next patient. Working in the dental field and having a "schedule" I do understand though!
The doctor I had explained to me, in words I could understand, what I was dealing with and the options that were available. He was knowledgeable on each of the options and didn’t try to talk me into one another and I appreciated it.
Dr Hertler knows ears extremely well and is great at explaining what needs to be done
We had our 1st visit today. The front desk staff are very sweet. Dr. Hertler is wonderful! He is SO knowledgeable, understanding, patient and so good with kids. The audiologist, Dr. Dustin Bronsden (I think) was also wonderful to work with. Our three-year-old felt very comfortable and remained his silly sweet self the whole time.
friendliness, warmth, understanding, kindness. able to work me in when i felt an urgent need. Dr. Patel is such a thoughtful super nice person. he makes you feel very comfortable, as well as the staff. i also appreciate the fact that it is close to the streetcar, as all i have is public transportation. thank you greatly for being you.
