PDX ENT and Dr. Hertler were amazing to work with today! My son had an urgent situation (foreign body stuck in the ear) and we were unable to get it removed at the ER. We are from Phoenix, so we didn't know who to call or where to go. Dr. Hertler's staff not only got us in the same day, but stayed a little late to allow us time to get from Hillsboro to Portland.
