Dr. Hertler (ENT) and Dr. Ray (Audiology) will make you feel comfortable, understood and at ease in calling should you forget to mention. Office staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr. Furr is always professional and very personable. He explains everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
Could not recommend Dr. Patel more! He is sharp, incredibly informative and takes his time to make sure you fully understand what’s happening in your body, why it happening and how to manage symptoms. Definitely will be back to see him if future ear, nose or throat related issues come up! Such a great doctor and kind human!
Dr. Hertler is a gentle, kind, and informative physician. He has lovely office staff as well which made for an excellent overall visit.
Didn’t have to wait very long to see the Dr. Everything was explained to me very well. The office staff was very nice and that made me fell OK. Put me at ease.
Dr. Hertler was awesome with my newborn. He evaluated and made a recommendation to clip my son's upper lip as well as posterior tongue tie and did it right in the exam room same day. I was also seen next business day when I scheduled my appointment since there was a cancellation which was awesome.
