I went in with a broken hearing aid they accommodated my time schedule and got me out with a fixed hearing aid without charging me love those kind of businesses.

The efficient and highly professional staff arranged my teleconference with Dr. Andrew Patel. He is friendly, gracious and very attentive, explaining his approach in detail and patiently answering all my questions. A office visit would've been preferable, needless to say, but with the current pandemic that's out of the question for everyone. I learned that there are apps for hearing tests that can be administered at home, so we're able to proceed despite that limitation. Highly recommended!
Dr. Patel does an excellent job of explaining why I am experiencing certain symptoms and how best to manage them. He tracks your progress and you don't have to explain things repeatedly during subsequent follow up visits.
Dr PATEL was very helpful and we worked around the Zoomcare interface easily.
