We have been in the Auto Industry for over 15 years. Our owner is one of the largest private wholesalers in Oregon. After noticing how customers were treated at other smaller dealerships, he decided that it was time for a change in how used vehicles were sold. Great Crew, very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of Vehicles to choose from. Good Deals for Good Wheels!!! I have had not one, but three perfectly pleasurable car buying/selling experiences with PDX Auto Mart...and all this week! I came in to buy a used car I saw advertized on craigslist. Within a hour of my post I got a call from Matt regarding customer service. He was very concerned about my experience and wanted to make it right answered, all my questions and was not happy about the disregard to my inquiry about the pickup. I went into PDX Auto Mart to look at one of their trucks and was blown away at how many great looking used diesel trucks they have. I found one that was perfect for me but I was a little afraid of not being able to afford it because of some issues on my credit. They were able to make it fit my budget and help me build my credit back up. Thank you!
Not an awful experience, matter of fact fairly painless especially considering I am not a patient or completely trusting consumer, I drove the car I was interested in for a couple of hours, popped into a mechanics and then returned, the haggle was standard and maybe I could have got a better deal but I don't care, I love my car!!! Went with my mom this morning to get herself a new car. The team that assisted us was super helpful and friendly and didn't make it feel like it was just a business transaction (: We were super tired and having a rough morning and they made the whole experience as painless and pleasurable as possible! Got a FANTASTIC Jeep Liberty Renegade on Saturday 31st Dec 2016, the price & service just excellent. These guys are GREAT! Had some good fun with them and they had plenty of time for us. The selection of motors they have is massive, I would definitely do business with them again.
