Just brought home my very first car yesterday and I love it already! Jim was an awesome salesman and helped me pick out the best car for me. Very happy!
Jim listened to me and showed me 2 trucks that exactly met my criterea. I choose the one i wanted and that.was that. He made it simple, he kept it simple and even listened to me after the sale when i told him the muffler went bad. I havent gone.back for re-imbursement but he assured me Medhi would help. I was very pleased with PDX Auto Mart. They were upfront about how they don't get paid on commission, which helps keep the pressure off. It helped keep their advice and information more trusting than normal. Jim was the salesman who helped me, and was very informative about many things beyond the car industry.
