We have been in the Auto Industry for over 15 years. Our owner is one of the largest private wholesalers in Oregon. After noticing how customers were treated at other smaller dealerships, he decided that it was time for a change in how used vehicles were sold. We were originally sold a truck that was falsely advertised as 4wd and was actually a 2wd. they did trade the truck for a 4wd weeks later and after being told we were gonna get several different trucks before they actually got us the one we ended up with. Then as part of our trade in deal they were supposed to cut us a check. We agreed they could send it once they recieved payment from the bank.. My husband purchased an SUV over the weekend. Price was rated as a fair deal from CARFAX. Just took it to a mechanic to get fluids serviced and it needs $5k worth of work. The salesperson was very nice but buyers beware
I would be careful buying anything from this place..I had talked to a guy bout a 09 cummins told him I was diving 9 hours and want to make sure approved and they had it..I call multiple times to to make sure he had it.i drove up the coast pull in, no clue what I'm talking bout tell me truck been gne!!I dnt usually bad mouth places but there a bunch of douche bag liers n nobody goes threw threw that..##carsalemensuc###

Car we bought has been parked due to paper tag being expired. No call backs- put on hold. I could go on and on. While what they do is not illegal it is very immoral. Definitely not how you get repeat customers or referrals. Feel free to contact me if you want more info. Be very cautious
