I was in on Tuesday after work and not only did they stay late to make sure the car was what i wanted they had me take to my mechanic to have the car checked out before buying. A big thank you to Clint and Bob for a great experience! I am loving my Rav4 already. You all went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied. I will be sending more business your way.
We had a great buying experience. No push to buy, let us stay after official closing hours to look vehicle over. We were able to take the vehicle out twice on test drives with no rush to make them quick. Price was good and actual purchase went quickly. Clint, Logan and Bob were very helpful during the process.
Very bad experience - would not recommend to anyone. Had to file complaints with the Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau.
These guys are great. Clint and Bob didn't pressure me. They had the car I was looking for at a fair price. It was actually the best price I found and they even said they would beat any advertised price. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I will buy our families next car here.
we pulled into this lot to look at a specific vehicle for my 18 year old niece, Bob came out to say hi, copy our driver's licenses and handed us the keys with the instructions to be back by 7! talk about no pressure! then they loaned her the xtera for the long weekend to get it off the lot because it is such a popular model and she wanted it! following that, they got her financed at 11% without a cosigner! for an 18 year old just starting out this is unheard of! , my background is in automotive, and my niece has seen me eat ... read more
