With so many options to buy kitchen hardware and those companies offer free shipping and free returns it's very surprising PDI charges shipping and a 20 % restocking fee. It would've been nice to know the 20% restocking fee before I ordered from you. I'll take my business elsewhere
I went into the Lawrenceville showroom on a Saturday to buy a bunch of items for my whole house remodel. I signed in at 1:49pm and browsed the showroom until a salesperson could help me. Fair selection. Seemed a bit pricey. There are No prices on most items, so I had to wait. At 2:51, sales person finally says she is ready, but they are closing at 3:00, so I needed to come back. Beth Gross was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products we needed. We purchased 2 new toilets from PDI and the quality of service was top notch!
