There were so nice to us when we spent $1000 , we came back to them to buy another toilet seat and spend another $ 500 and return an item the we purchased in the previous order and they refused returning it because it does not have a box . We have the receipt and we purchased the item 5 days ago the item was never used and we purchased it for $100 . Poor customer service.. 9 weeks order still not in.. They have no idea when order will be filled.. They cashed my check.. Lawrenceville store and huff road store in Atlanta. For some reason will not return call ,, When they say they will..
We’ve been a long-time customer of PDI.. but clearly their customer service model has shifted… Perhaps they thought they could just coast as a specialty store and not maintain their customer service. We were looking for two faucets to replace in our master bath... as well as get a replacement part for a faucet that we had purchased from them about a year ago. We called on a Friday to understand their Saturday hours and asked if they had this part in stock… we called the Huff Road store...We spoke to a “Kevin”... Who told us ... read more
Mcdonough location has a sign on the door that the show room closed in January . It would have saved me a hour drive if that information was updated . I could have driven to another location.
Went to showroom. Was ignored. Had to find assistance. Very rude and not helpful at finding items nor giving suggestions of other products. Wouldn’t waste my time.

I stop in the see about the shower head for my master bedroom and the salesperson Yulmon Battle was AWESOME! I NEVER experienced a salesperson who was so knowledgeable about the product before. He was very professional . I will recommend him to all my friends.
