Honest answers and fair prices is what PCI Matrix offers at all times!!!! When I needed a longer modem cable every where I called said I had to buy a $29.99 to $39.99 cable. When I called PCI Matrix found out that I did not have to buy an expensive cord but only a $4.99 connector to connect the 2 shorted cables I already had. PCI Matrix is definitely a customer pleaser and will always be my computer tech and all my friends too.

Highly recommended I took my laptop to PCI Matrix for repair after it had fallen and wouldn't start. Service was fast and labor and recovery charges were very reasonable (and much cheaper than the Geek Squad). Friendly techs and very personalized, individual service. They took time with me to diagnose my computer issues and to recover my data. Very satisfied customer!

PC fixed while I waited. Affordable and fast service Great expereince. I recommend them highly. I call them real professionals. I did not need an appointment. They began working on my PC rightaway and figured out what the trouble was with my hard disk error. It was just a bad IDE cable that cost $2.99 and I was out the door in 10 minutes a happy man. Thats the way it is supposed to be and thats how it is at Pcimatrix. They did not even charge me any labor. Other places were asking for much more even for just the diagnostics.... read more

A GREAT place to do business! This is a great place to get help with your PC at reasonable rates. You will not be talked down to either, even if you are not a computer expert. I like the idea that they are a small business and independently owned, not part of a huge corporation, so my dollars are staying in and helping the local community. Nothing better!

Great service They were very helpful and informative when I brought my laptop in for virus removal. Their prices were much lower than those quoted at other places nearby, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Highly recommended!

Finally found the right place for repairs and answers! PCIMATRIX not only offered friendly and professional advice and answers to my questions they were able to repair my computer and I was able to have it back in my home within hours. Their prices are amazing compared to the Nationally advertised computer repair companies operating locally. I not only recommend them I hope they customer base grows so they can be around for a long time.

Superb Skill, Knowledge, and Service The best service I've EVER experienced was at PCIMatrix. They were friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. My PC was fixed in a matter of hours and I got it back the SAME day. The price was a fraction of what it would have cost anywhere else. They answered all my questions and I learned alot due to their expert advise. I recommend PCIMatrix to anybody and everybody. This kind of service and skill is hard to come by and nobody that I've seen comes close to these guys.
