If I had a first born, he'd be theirs. My laptop fell off a pillow on the floor and the piece the charger fits into got shoved inside the laptop. Simply the best I do not wish my computer broke more often, but I am always happy when I do have problems, that I can bring it in to PCIMatrix. They have helped me with problems on both the hardware and software ends, and I am always impressed with how seriously they take my problems, and how important it is to them to maintain a strong customer relationship. Great Place for Home Users Pcimatrix is a very good rendition of the once common PC Clone shop. Frankly you can save a couple of bucks (not many though) buying from a discount dealer. However, a customer builder like Pcimatrix will give you the kind of computer you want and configured very nicely. More importantly, they will help you out (usually within the hour) when you run into some kind of hardware or software problem. Great Service and Work Early in Janyary, 2010, I got rehired by a company that does software support for hair salons. My CMOS battery went out. I want to the General and they were rude. Had been going there for years. I have eyed Pcimatrix for a few years as a back up. I went in and they turned my computer around by the end of the day. Service is A+. The store is not much to too look at but who cares. They went out of their way to help me and now I am a customer for life.

Great Prices on Networking Products and Services These guys have a great variety of networking products. Prices are great- cheaper than almost anywhere else. Honest answers and fair prices is what PCI Matrix offers at all times!!!! When I needed a longer modem cable every where I called said I had to buy a $29.99 to $39.99 cable. When I called PCI Matrix found out that I did not have to buy an expensive cord but only a $4.99 connector to connect the 2 shorted cables I already had. A Gem of a Place Made several visits to this computer shop. I was always received well and given time to discuss my computer issues rather than the salespeople trying to sell me something. I was only sold what I needed. Very consistent. Very reasonable in prices. I am not going anywhere else. Highly recommended.
