PC fixed while I waited. Affordable and fast service Great expereince. I recommend them highly. I call them real professionals. I did not need an appointment. They began working on my PC rightaway and figured out what the trouble was with my hard disk error. It was just a bad IDE cable that cost $2.99 and I was out the door in 10 minutes a happy man. A GREAT place to do business! This is a great place to get help with your PC at reasonable rates. You will not be talked down to either, even if you are not a computer expert. I like the idea that they are a small business and independently owned, not part of a huge corporation, so my dollars are staying in and helping the local community. Nothing better!

Best PC Shop in Town I have been to them all. I have found one that I can call home. Very solid Tech support. Very reasonable prices on parts and service. Name brand parts. Very friendly and personable. I got my work done within the hour each time and the charges were next to nothing. There is not a PC business in town this good. Instant support. Very capable technicians. Problem solvers. Highly recommeded. Do not go anywhere else. Better than Nanosystems or Geek Squad.
Highly recommended I took my laptop to PCI Matrix for repair after it had fallen and wouldn't start. Service was fast and labor and recovery charges were very reasonable (and much cheaper than the Geek Squad). Friendly techs and very personalized, individual service. They took time with me to diagnose my computer issues and to recover my data. Very satisfied customer!
Great service They were very helpful and informative when I brought my laptop in for virus removal. Their prices were much lower than those quoted at other places nearby, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Highly recommended!
If I had a first born, he'd be theirs. My laptop fell off a pillow on the floor and the piece the charger fits into got shoved inside the laptop. Geeksquad said it would be a minimum two week / $450 job, and that I would lose everything on my computer. Ryan had it done in under twenty four hours for waaaaaay less money. Simply the best I do not wish my computer broke more often, but I am always happy when I do have problems, that I can bring it in to PCIMatrix. They have helped me with problems on both the hardware and software ends, and I am always impressed with how seriously they take my problems, and how important it is to them to maintain a strong customer relationship.
