Just had my daughter's doctor switched. What doctor advises an active adolescent to loose weight? My daughter is far from obese. Her vitals are where they should be. Her height is 5'3 1/4. Her weight was 161 pounds. She didn't want to eat dinner last night because she was scared she'd gain weight. My daughter is physically active, and eats a very balanced diet. She hardly watches TV or movies. She's not a snacker. She loves fruits and veggies. The doctor doesn't listen to the parents or the patient.
There are some great staff here, i am not impressed with front desk staff and billing. Without notifying patients, you now have to pay in full instead of making payments once you show up to an appt. Its been more of a hassel dealing with most aspects of the office.
So pleased that my daughter was able to be seen last night. Zak was very friendly and she felt very comfortable with him. We weren't able to get to Hannaford for the pharmacy, but the PCHC pharmacy was able to pull some strings and get her the medicine she needed. Thank you so much!
I have never received anything but the best care possible for my children. Phenomenal doctors available daily and for extended hours, and super awesome staff!! It’s worth the hour drive. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We are so incredibly grateful to PCHC and the unbelievable staff who got our son right in and took amazing care of him!! From the call to get in to the check out process, everyone was wonderful! And to Dr. Wong and Mary.....thank you will never be enough!!!
This dentist office is a complete joke! Never in my life have I had to deal with as much paperwork and calling to follow up, as I have with this office. They are absolutely rude and do not know how to provide customer service. We have been dealing with a billing issue since July and we are due back for another appointment in January (which will be cancelled) because we still have yet to receive a resolution for this problem.
