I have only had 1 bad experience out of the 50 times I have been there. I love seeing a familiar face every time, I love the way they are with my kids. And Sydney K is literally the best doctor I have ever met. Walk In Care is even excellent!
I was skeptical to go because I have heard about the long wait times some people have had but I knew the ER could be much worse. I was told there were 6 people ahead of me so I figured an hour wait easily, Turned out I only waited 20 mins to get in a room and about 15mins after to see a dr.including getting new patient paperwork filled out. I knew I needed x-rays and they could do them there, my own pcp can't do them at her office which would have meant and ER visit I was trying to avoid. Reception staff is great but the tech that helped my daughter was rude. Please don’t think that we are all ignorant just because some may act that way!

If I could give anything lower than 0 I would. This is the absolute worst medical practice I've ever been to in my life. To keep it very short my visit included a 4+ hour wait, eye rolling, and laughing in my face at a concern, and much more. My entire visit was completely appalling. I just can't even believe it.
Huge shout out to Janelle Hazzard and her MA’s Monday night my brother went in with what he though was a horrific sunburn and turned out to be a chemical burn. After his PCP in our town told him to apply aloe.... He was so pleased with the staff and highly recommends Brewer walk in! I went in Tuesday with a horrible sinus/chest congestion. Janelle had me in and out and meds sent to the pharmacy in under an hour and made sure I was breathing better and had everything I needed and was all set before I left. I have been very nervous about establishing with a dentist until now. I got an abscess and needed a tooth pulled so I couldn't avoid it anymore. I first went to the walk-in and we scheduled a quick appointment the next week after. My extraction appointment was with Dr Hwang, he was so careful to make sure I was thoroughly numbed he almost spent more time numbing me than the actual pulling of the tooth.
