RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience this afternoon at Penobscot Pediatrics. I brought my son to walk in care and he was seen by Morgan Benter. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about the health of my child. The MA staff was great and I was very impressed by the over all follow through from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Thank you for a job well done to the entire team!
RecommendedI just had my over-the-phone intake as a new patient, it's a little nerve-wracking being a new patient somewhere to get familiar with your providers. I just want to say that Allison on the phone why is extremely professional, polite and pleasant. so needless to say, she provided my first impression of pchc, and she represented her employer extremely well. RecommendedMy twins see Dr. Prokopova and have since birth! We love her! She is absolutely wonderful and takes her time. She is such a sweet pediatrician and we wouldn’t take our children anywhere else. We have had a walk in before with other providers and they are all wonderful! If Dr. Prokopova ever left we would follow her!
