I have now been out my meds for four weeks which has put me in danger of have heart attack which will kill me yet want me go to walk in care I did last time which cost me $254.00 which I can not afford to do again I pay $250.00 for insurance which does pay for walk in care which on there website they all doctors say accepting new patience and every time I call you tell me I have drive an hour away shame on you

All three of my children have had to go to the orthodontist here. The orthodontist and staff are amazing. 2 out of my three have high anxiety. The technicians where so patient and kind. Very knowledgeable. And always kept me up to date on what is going on and what needs to be done. And they are very good on calling a few days before with a reminder.

9/14/2018 Here IS A SUMMARY of my day! I LOVVVVVED being denied emergency dental services to extract a tooth which is BROKEN in half with nerves exposed AND FREEKIN PAINFUL.... DENIED BECAUSE I WAS TOLD "I WAS NOT SOBER" BY AN UNQUALIFIED IDIOT... (100% SOBER mind you lol) AND THEN HE TRAMPLED ALLLLLL OVER MY HIPPA RIGHTS. (ALSO RECORDED) IT'S ESPECIALLY entertaining when I CALL THE POLICE TO COME DO A DUI FIELD SOBRIETY TEST AT THE SAME DENTISTS OFFICE!!! (AND WAS DEEMED 100% SOBER!) This is by far the worse place I have been to for medical needs showed up at 845 got a room by 855 never seen a doctor waited for an hour no one could have come in to tell me it would be a little longer then when I asked the nurse what was up I got no response this place sucks badly . Can honestly say that I have never been to a pchc office Bangor or Brewer that truly helped me with any of my medical needs HORRIBLE SERVICE
