This place really sucks! First they lose my key, down sell me what they originally charged me, and on top of that have me come in a month later to receive the headphones they initially sold me that they "dont carry in stock"! Managers don't communicate with each other or the customers. Told me to come back every week on a specified date to only be told to come back the following.. For 4 weeks.
