This company is not to be trusted. I bought an amplifier from them that was listed as "open box". I paid about $100 less than retail for what is usually an $800 amp. What I got was USED and DAMAGED. When I contacted them to resolve this, I was only ever allowed to speak with the receptionist and was basically told to piss off, too bad. If I wanted to return the amp I would be responsible for shipping costs. I used PayPal to make the purchase but ultimately, they wouldn't help… See more

great work when it CAN get done but 5hrs to get a estimate when told the work was gonna be done today all bad... DON'T TELL A CUSTOMER TO BRING THEIR CAR IN AT 9AM TO GET ESTIMATE AND HAVE WORK DONE AND AT 230 IT'S SO CALLED STILL BEING LOOKED AT, IF YOU GOT A FULL DAY BOOKED DON'T CHEW MORE THAN YOU CAN SWALLOW.
