The place was filthy the employees had attitude. As I was in the doctor's office the doctor was asking me a bunch of questions. As I was answering them she said sorry can you repeat that I wasn't paying attention. It was like she was in Wawa land. She didn't care. The doctor asked me to turn around she wanted to feel my neck. Worst experience I have encountered in a medical office. The place is filthy and the guy at the front desk is as rude as they come. They don’t know how to file charges to insurance companies. You never see a doctor, only an APRN. They don’t listen to what you have to say. They make you do all the running around for records instead of contacting the doctor in question.
