Josh worked on 2 machines. I was not on a deadline, but the service was very prompt. I appreciate the work. My daughters machine was a virus infected mess and ran like a hippo in quicksand. Now, it really scoots along. He installed a new hard drive set (SSD and spinny drive) in another machine. And he came to me, to both pick up and drop off the machines. Nice.

Friendly and personable, Josh is a pro at what he does; the whole process was fast and painless. I had my Yoga 3 Pro back in less than five hours, which involved the transfer of disks, SSD installation (for twice the GBs), and transfer of disks to the new hardware. He even went so far as to "move some things around" for optimal storage space. The cost of his service is more than fair and quite reasonable. I'm very pleased to say the least and it's a good feeling to have a tech I can rely on!

Josh was fantastic. Found an ad for PC Mobile Pro online. He responded quickly and was early for our appointment. He did a fantastic job on my computer and it works great now. I will use Josh in the future and recommend him to anyone that needs help with their computers.
