Josh was very courteous and very interested in helping. I expected to be down a week or so but it was only a day. Josh ran into more than he expected when he arrived at my home and was vey courteous and stayed the course to fix my laptop! Did a great job-laptop works like new. Will never let anyone else touch my laptops. Also very reasonable price! AAAAA+++++

Excellent professional, prompt, friendly, and personalized service. It's great to know personally who will be working on your machine. Josh had my virus infected laptop cleaned up and running smoothly overnight, and provided helpful advice and suggestions when I went to pick it up the next day.
Josh came to my house and fixed my problem in under ten minutes. He is a real pro -- fast, professional, and friendly.
