I have to say that it makes me so sad and angry the way I heard Josh treating one of his clients. I was present during a conversation between him and a client and he was screaming at her, degrading her and completely being disrespectful to her. Josh is a most personable man. he does good work! He left my computer better than new. I will be a returning customer for all my computer needs. I am basically a shut-in and this computer is my life. he understood this. was very quick with returning it to me.
