These guys are fantastic. Each time I have had an issue with my old Mac and my iPad, they have not only assessed and fixed the problems but done so speedily
Took them a $1000 PC with a slightly cracked screen - was returned a brick with no screen at all. If they couldn't do the work they should not have accepted it - they blame everyone but themselves, They acutually referred to me as a 'silly woman' in my complaint to the BBB. The blame the manufacturer saying parts aren't available - well then you should not have disassembled (and broke it further) when I brought it to you. You can't trust these guys for anything that might be complicated!.
Awesome service. Erik diagnosed my computer problem immediately and had me out the door in an hour.
I have been a customer of PC ASAP for years and once again they have gone above and beyond to get me back up and running. I highly recommend David and his team for any computer needs!
