Knowledgeable, quick and provides easy to understand info on problem. After loading McFee update, machine unuseable. Fixed within 2.5 hrs.
David identified the optimum solution for a broken USB jack on my laptop. Replacing a daughterboard containing the USB jack was not only the smartest route, but also the cheapest and fastest. The job was completed while I waited. Highly recommended!

RIP OFF DO NOT GO... paid 180 for what I was told was a slightly used computer a month later computer stop working. Told me for 180 they would tell me what was wrong with the computer.. scam artist

Excellent service. Quite fair in pricing. My tech made a mistake and immediately owned up to it. So, honest too. I brought in an HP Pavilion dv3-1075us laptop, circa 2009, to be thoroughly cleaned after 8 years of service - replace CPU paste, vacuuming, etc. The result was a noticeable operating temperature drop of 10 to 15 degrees Celsius. Highly recommended.
