Facebook reminded me to post my review, so here it is: My Bourbon Chase team goes there every year after the race to celebrate, roughly between 12-18 people. The past 4 years, the food was stellar and the service was great. This time, both were inexcusably atrocious. We had been seated for over 15 minutes before our food order was taken. I had a horrible experience here tonight. The service was horrible, my food was wrong, it took forever. I called the restaurant back and asked to speak to a manager and she just had nothing to say really other than new people. She offered nothing for my issues. I had to take my food to go. I won't be back.
The results so far on the new menu are good and not so good. The wings are still quite good. The loaded fries are impressive; nice mix of toppings and an ample serving- recommended. The BBNachos are a mess. Mine came cold (I'm guessing from sitting for several minutes in the kitchen before my server got them), and there was barely any cheese at all. When I was in college I went to this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week! Servers are nice! Food was delicious! Everytime Im in lexington I still go to this restaurant!
WTF!!!!!!! I used to love this place I would tell people about this place when I lived in Philadelphia and DC. I would come home and my first stop me last stop would be here. Beer list was great bottles great. Over the last two years the pours have gotten smaller, and selection is down hill. I have been saying his to myself for the last two years. Now I have had it.
