The waitress was a doll but the hostess was surly, sat us at a dirty table and our pizza was burnt. Thanks for a less than "pazzo-tive" experience o.O

No stars. No service. Only employee I saw was the gal who barely stopped texting me long enough to give me a menu and send me outside. Dead in the place and the World Cup was on so loud you couldn't hear yourself wonder if you would ever be served. Opon coming back inside to inquire I was informed that I should have come in sooner. Really?!? Fuck Pazzos. Fuck them up their stupid asses.
Great place to eat before a ky wildcat basketball game !! Highly recommend !!!
I would like to say that I don't understand how the service is so bad, but it really isn't that hard to figure out - management must have completely given up. Just look at the Urbanspoon reviews, I am clearly not alone. They may try to blame it on high turnover and college girls that don't care too much, but I don't buy it.
