it is one of the most poorly run establishments in lexington...the a**-hat managers must have missed the day in "How to Run a Restaurant 101" where they talked about the fact that the customer is ALWAYS right...i complained about a beer tasting very bad (i.e. like it was a bad keg, tasted flat, like a bad homebrew), and they basically told me to f**k off and they wouldn't exchange it for a new beer...incredibly poor service, sub-par food that takes too long, avoid this place at all costs
love the food -- the service has been consistently horrible for years.
Lexington's Worst Service – Until you see it for yourself you will not believe how horrible a successful restaurant's service can be. I just cannot see how people tolerate the idiocy that a guest has to endure when they visit this place. I have been to Pazzo's many times and one thing I can honestly say is that the service never changes. Great Pizza, Tons of Beers – While the waitstaff may not always be on the ball, the pizza is worth it. Be sure to order the pretzels. Wings are not so good.
Pazzo's: Great Pizza; Lousy Staff. – The pizza is great. The service is lousy. First, we were shown to a table and when we asked if we could sit at the empty booth, the hostess was so baffled by this request, that we just took the table. Our server came by and gave us a menu and then went and sat in a booth and forgot about us. We had to ask another server to ask her to come and take our order.
