(re-posted from Yelp) The food? Fantastic. They changed the menu a while back and it's not as good, but it's still pretty okay. Pint nights? Crowded but great. The service. This is their main issue. I sat at lunch for 15 minutes and my server never came to our table. The hostess brought drinks but nobody came to take a food order. I would love to review the food but I was there for over an hour with no food in sight. The kitchen/bar were highly understaffed for the game crowd. It took approximately 7 minutes to be seated, and another 30 for our food order to be taken. After 30 minutes we asked about our order and were told it would be over 10 minutes. The wait staff comped our beverages and were incredibly polite under the stress of a full restaurant. I won’t go back if I need to eat and go in less than 3 hours.
I loved the place, our waitress was perfect, wish I remembered her name but she was great. We was going to U. K. game and ate like kings, next time I'm in Lexington I will be there again.
It took 15 minutes for someone to take our order. And it took another 45 minutes to get our food. Other people who got here later than us were served before us. This terrible service has ruined our day.
Took forever to take our order. 50 minutes later, still no food. We left.
We visited Pazzos on Saturday to have a quick lunch. We sat for about 20 min without service and asked the manager on duty manager Jessica if we would ever be served. She gave us several excuses and we decided to leave based on lack of service and the fact that there were 5+ tables around us in the same situation. The next restaurant we went to was amazing. Was there for 2 hours and it was dead. The food was dry and the waitress was horrible. Really upset I just wasted my money.
