Goodfellas employees jerk off on their pizzas!
Loved the atmosphere and the food was great!
Just visited Pazzo's on Thursday night for trivia. After eating our gross and soggy food we returned to the normal Pazzo's lot to find our car and about a dozen other cars booted with a $90 fee for removal. There was no notice by Pazzo's that they got rid of their parking that they have had for years. If they had posted any notice about selling their parking lot I would be more understanding. I've been going to Pazzo's regularly for trivia on Thursdays for awhile. I don't think their food is great but it's ok and they have a good beer selection. Their service is sub par. It takes forever to get someone to wait on you and when they do, good luck seeing them again for refills. But the kicker tonight was that - after having a parking lot behind their restaurant forever they sold the lot and didn't announce it. I gave Pazzo's one more shot after many momorable evenings there as a student at UK. How the mighty fallen. The last two times I've been here the pizza wasn't cooked all the way thru. Then they reduced the menu and it took forever to get our food. This time, the pizzas are smaller and the prices are higher. The atmosphere isn't the same and it still takes forever to get your food. 1.5 hrs to be exact and there is no one here!!! We are literally 1 of 3 tables..I won't come back. I give up. Rip Pazzo's.
So disappointing that this place continues to go downhill... the service has never been good, but the beer and food have kept me coming back. Tonight after sitting for almost ten minutes no one ever came to our table. The hostess was sitting across from us and a few servers walked past us but no one ever come over. I was trying to get dinner before work and couldn’t afford to wait in an almost empty restaurant.
Food was very good. I had a grilled veggie, pesto base hoagie that was yummy, along with a side salad that was very fresh. Service was good . Parking a little out of the way.
Way to crush some Alumni soul. Breadsticks aka Not Pretzels were hard as a rock and painting the inside black makes it look gloomy and soulless. Ugh.
