This place has been easy, affordable, just what we needed for our storage. The staff has been very professional and you can tell they are real people who care.
Great service, the people were very friendly and were very helpful! I was a bit worried at first to see if all of my stuff was going to fit (since I am college student and was storing my apartment furniture). It was very spacious, and at a great deal!
Wonderful facility – This storage facility has alot to offer, a huge variety of sizes, including parking spots outside for Boats/Rvs, And the great staff in the office are willing to help, offering their current specials on units. The facility its self is well-lit and fenced in with security cameras. A very secure place to store, I highly recommend, and constantly do so to my family/neighbors.
Great place to store – This facility has by far the best customer service I have yet to experience at a business, The friendly staff are always available to help whether it be payment arrangments, switching to another size unit.. Or just simply offering a cold bottle of water on a hot day! There are many competitors out there, but I choose Storage Haven in Odessa based on the clean, safe facility, and the above and beyond staff working there.
Best Storage Facility! – This has been a great place to store my household goods and other things. I got a unit upstairs where the unit is insulated and away from the exterior elements such as rain and dust that you would otherwise get with an exterior, drive-up-to, unit. All of the employees have always been very friendly and helpful. They give a free circular lock that you keep with two keys (they do not keep a key), and for moving my things into the locker, they offered a free moving truck with 25 free miles. Helpful and Safe storage facility – Great company. I stored my car there for 3 months when i went home for summer vacation from ASU. The location is safe and they have a 20,000 dollar security system that I talked to the owner about. It gave me confidence leaving my car in a safe place. The people who work there are extremely accomodating and helpful they gave me 50% off on my monthly rent and helped me every way possible. Great Storage facility – We've use this storage center now for over 5 years and the place is well maintained. Staff is very helpful.
Best place to store your stuff!!! – This place is awesome. All the employees are super friendly! The facility is really clean and I got an awesome move in special for like 3 months, and I got a truck for free to move my stuff in. If you are looking for storage I 100% suggest Payless.
