I have used this storage numerous times. The access is very close to Marin and using their truck service has been easy. I always look forward to working with them and their customer service is great! Thank you Payless Self Storage for being there for all my moves.

Locating online storage space on sparefoot.com made the process easy as a first time storage renter. No misrepresentation or inaccurate information of the space that might work for me. When I called the property to talk to a real person, Lisa was courteous and provided additional information I needed. I met Sylvia to follow up with the paperwork who also turned out to be professional and very pleasant in understanding the terms of the rental agreement. A true pleasureable experience.

I've been in the book business in the Bay Area for 35 years, and during that time I've used many storage facilities, that is until I discovered Payless about eight years ago. They get five stars for price, five stars for cleanliness and safety, and five stars for incredibly courteous and helpful staff.
