This place is a real gem. Genuinely friendly, competent staff. It's very safe and secure. The storage space was spotless, entire property very well maintained. Made reservation online, received call from friendly Ena within minutes to confirm. They provide a lock, insurance for your stored items and a truck & driver to move your stuff - all included in the rental cost. Totally easy, they're lifesavers.

Friendly, efficient, helpful customer service. The property is very well maintained. They provide insurance for your stuff, a sturdy lock for your stuff & a driver with truck to move your stuff - all included with your rental. Excellent operation.

I just moved my stuff out!! Amazing staff!, they are very helpfully and friendly. Fair prices and a great location? I love that they have a truck and driver for you to use, save me lots of time and money. So, I would recommend them!

This facility is very nicely kept. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Always pleasant to speak with. The prices are competitive and it's super close to the freeway exit. They have a three month special that is about 50% off from their regular price so we are taking advantage if this special. What's best is that although it is three months, you aren't held to keeping the unit for the entire time since they are month to month storage. This works perfectly for us!! Yay! These people are the bomb. I forget everyone's names ----in any case, been meaning to write a review for awhile. I don't currently store things there as I no longer have a need, but if I do again, this is the place. The facility is clean, the security, the manager, the staff, all seemed genuinely helpful and organized. Thanks, PayLess, why you don't have Yelp reviews overflowing, astounds me.

Many of my friends store there things here and I decided to finally put many pieces of furniture many boxes of books and other items that are important to me into storage again as I have had no room for these things after I moved a few years ago. I was reluctant to put my things into storage, just not sure they would be safe and sound but Payless has been great. I have had my things in storage for over six years at Payless Storage. The location is easy to get to, very safe and clean. The staff has always been very nice and friendly. When I was ready to clean out my storage unit, the manager Shale could not have been more gracious or accommodating. If in the future I need storage I will use Payless again. It feels so good to know the things you've stored are in a clean well lighted safe place.
