My husband was looking for a family vehicle for me. I am very meticulous when it comes to major purchases such as this. They allowed him to test drive the vehicle over night so that I could get the full experience. The very next day we went to complete the paperwork. I originally started my search at Payless. I went every where looking, pricing, test driving. The original salesman, Tony, was great. He actually hooked me on a Nissan Versa Note. After several weeks of comparing prices I went back to Payless and worked with Will, as Tony was busy with another customer. Both salesmen were very friendly and helpful. They have the most resonable prices around.
Payless Auto and it's staff are amazing...Will Calhoun was the absolute best and did awesome with helping me walk out with the vehicle I wanted.. I've only done business with Payless and Bob O'Neal always, always gets you the best and most afford rates. Highly recommended!!!

First off dealing with a car Saleman/women can be a hassle. I consider Payless hassle free. At Payless they treat you like a customer not a victim coming thru their doors. They make the process simple and explain everthing up front NO HIDDEN GAMES. They also stand behind the product. Over several years I have purchased 4 cars for Family members no complaints. Pay less but get great service!!!!!
Very easy process. They gave me a great rate compared to the other companies, and even helped me shop for cheap insurance. I was really surprised to see they stayed late to make sure I got my terms.
