My experience buying a car after 10 years was very very pleasant. My car salesman, Jonathan Brown was very knowledgeable about every car that I was interested in. He didn't try to force any vehicle on me, he allowed me to walk around and look while he attended to my car needs. The lot was very clean and clear of any unneccessary debri. Saw the Cadallac SRX from the road, pulled in was greeted by Jonathan Brown, he was very friendly and helpful, he took us for a test drive, where he told us how he would trade with us.Mr. Robert O'Neal ran the paper work , we signed and were on our way. It was a pleasure to go in and buy a car hassel free,very friendly and heplful people. We recommend Payless Car Sales to everyone.

My experience with Payless was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the prices were fair, and they were willing to do whatever it took to get me into the car I wanted.
Jeff was very friendly and helpful, and even reached out to me as soon as he knew somebody else beat me to the truck (since I was traveling 2.5+ hours to go get it!) Saved me a long round trip, though I am sad that the other sales guy sold it. The truck that got away.
