Staff was pleasant-atmosphere did not compensate for the the lack of communication. Her office is the penthouse of a bank building with grand piano music playing in the foyer. The cost was over priced, the conscious sedation was a joke. I was given an unknown amount of liquid valium and possible gas? I had the 'conscious sedation' during my 2 extractions because I'm extremely nervous and fearful of dental procedures. I have one very dim memory of a sharp pain when one of the teeth didn't want to come out, but other than that, absolutely no memory of the procedure. The staff was extremely friendly, made me very comfortable, and showed every concern for my comfort, even brought me a blanket when I mentioned that I was cold.
