I would echo the sentiments expressed in other reviews. The woman who receives phone calls has zero customer service skills. If you voice any concern the response is "I don't have to take this, our conversation is ended." She is flat out rude and should not be in contact with any current op prospective client. The technician took 5 days to respond to the call and despite being informed of the exact repair required needed to order parts. Terrible customer service. You cannot ask questions or share concerns as they will just berate you until you hang up or threaten to cancel your appointment. Not sure how these people are still in business with this woman Ellen answering or making calls. At the end of the call they said they would be contacting Home Depot to cancel my appointment. All I did was ask if they had the part available to repair my fridge. I put in the claim and know exactly what is wrong with it but they want to come out and diagnose it prior to or... read more
