I was assigned Paul's Appliance Service through my home warranty company. I admit I was very worried about using them after reading the reviews here from the BCS area. However, minutes after I filed my claim with AHS the company was calling to schedule an appointment. The schedulers on the phone were always courteous and professional (brief - to the point, but professional). I agree wholeheartedly with all of the negative reviews. This is the absolute worst company I have dealt with. I have complained to Thermador regarding their service and was also advised that they have reached out and have not been able to contact them. Covid is no excuse for rudeness in a message answering the phone. I have been waiting 3 months after the first service call for an appliance rep to come install the part I have had for 2 months that they ordered. Horrible horrible. This call was done through your warranty company. All parts are ordered through your warranty company. We have email documentation from the warranty company where we have been communicating with them about the parts, We started an email thread with them on November 29th to have documentation, because we never received them. We corresponded back and forth with them on going concerning the parts. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The rudest people ever. They could not fix an appliance if their life depended on it. They do have an extremely nice service man. However, their office staff and owners are not.

We did let you know that we needed to reschedule you during tech support times so we could reach out to your warranty company to make sure the issues were documented on file with them, in case they needed to resolve the issues with the unit themselves another way. This company made my dishwasher worse and then stood me up for a second appointment to fix it. They are difficult to contact and extremely dishonest when you finally do. These people aren't trustworthy in any way. I can't believe they're operating a business this way.
Like all the others.Disappointed. No frig for weeks waiting for parts. Got the part installed. One day latter stop working they don’t stand behind their work!!!!!!!!!!
Same issues as everyone else listed. No calls or emails returned. In the beginning I was good with them. They are the repair company for American Home Shield. After reading all of these comments I swear they must be getting kick backs from them. Paid my $75 service fee. They came out. Was here for maybe 20 minutes. If there was a way to give negative stars to a company, it would be Paul's Appliance. They are the worst repair I have ever encountered. I seriously do not understand how or why Paul's Appliance Service is "Accredited" by the BBB. What an utter joke. They scheduled an appointment with me, then because they had a cancellation, they came early and when I wasn't there, the technician called, said he would run another call and came back. Had them come to look at 2 brand new appliances, a range and a refrigerator, both Whirlpool items. The range was taken from the box with a dint in it but Whirlpool said we would need a tech to look at it and the refrigerator had a leak. After seeing the dent on the range they said they couldn't do anything with it but the refrigerator was covered so they fixed it. They got paid from Whirlpool for a service call as well as what it cost to fix the fridge and charged me for a extra service call for the range. All the same trip.... read more
I seriously do not understand how or why Paul's Appliance Service is "Accredited" by the BBB. I also give ZERO as a rating. American Home Shield - same thing... Tech came out to fix leaking washer...proceeded to show me how to CLEAN the door to keep it from leaking - after much hassle, got him to agree needed new door, so he was supposed to order new door, new hinges, new screws.
