Ellen in the office was rude and screamed at me for a mistake her office made and is making me wait another 5 days bc they messed up on my apt. I took off half a day at work for nothing!!!

First of all this is the tenant to a customer that is through American Home Shield. We did not yell at her at all. She called us yelling at us demanding that she have an appointment today. We did not find an appointment scheduled for her at all in the system. We tried to explain to her that there must have been a glitch in the system that AHS used for her scheduling, we apologized to her and she became belligerent and would not listen and would not work with us to help her fix the problem. Absolutely and utterly incompetent. Not only they failed to source a needed part to my dryer over 6 weeks, when I ordered it myself from the manufacturer, they not only refused to install it, they said they would look to void my warranty. Not only incompetent, they are vindictive and inept. Deal with them at your own peril !!!! Note - there are many other maintenance folks out there than cant be as useless as these people.

This customer has left out many details and is the one being vindictive! This should not be allowed to be posted as it is slander! One he did not order his part from the manufacture! After reading several negative reviews on Paul's Appliance I was very hesitant to use them, but my warranty is through Lowe's and they are the only service provider in this area. The two servicemen that came to the house (at different times) were exceptionally nice and knew exactly what they were doing. They did have to reschedule to a later day than Lowe's set up, but I blame part of that on the holidays. My experience with Pauls Appliance has been horrible and the Manager Ellen made it moe of a nightmare. As a manager, she has no customer service at all. She refused to let me spaek at all and yelled at me for no reason. Pauls Appliance has been working on my refrigerator since Nove 30 2016, it is now Januray 5, 2017 and due to errors on their part, they have not been able to repair my refrigerator and they do not seem to understand how frustrated I have been to be without my refrigerator that long. None of this is true! There are three people in the office and NO ONE ever yelled at this customer. The only thing true in this is that we started the repair on November 30th... her part was on a back order, which we have no control over It was ordered from her warranty company. The recurring theme here is highly rude people and poor customer service. If you want someone to actually fix your appliance and provide even halfway decent customer service, you may want to move along to the next company.

This customer has a warranty from American Home Shield. He wanted his parts expedited, we have no control over parts being expedited, we can only request it, that is left up to his warranty company. This customer's part came in yesterday and we tried to schedule him for tomorrow. He was very hostile on the phones about the fact his part was not expedited as he demanded. Like the last few people who was complaining about "Ellen" the supervisor, I have the same complaint. I believe this to be the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I cannot attest to the technicians or the repairs because they never made it to my house but I can definitely speak on phone etiquettes and customer service of this person "Ellen". 1) Paul's Appliance fails to communicate with their customers! There's absolutely no dialogue and when you call to complain, Elen who claims to be the owner's wife, did not let me speak at all. She talks over you, then when you would like to speak, she interrupts and threatens to end the call. That's Pauls' appliance for you! In turn, Austin the technician was prompt & professional when he came to my home to diagnose the problem!

This customer is covered under a warranty, we went out and diagnosed the unit, she had a rusted dispenser. We gave the diagnoses to the warranty company. They denied it and said they would get back with the customer. We closed it out. This place is a joke and have no idea why they are in business. The rudest customer service ever. I had a 12-5 window. They called ahead letting me know they were on their way and asked me to call back to confirm. I called multiple times and there was no answer so I left a voicemail letting them know I would be at the residence at 12. I had this company service through AMS. 1. first tech misdiagnosed the problem and couldn't fix it. 2. another tech came after I claimed and that tech gave another diagnosis and asked me to defreeze my fregi for 48 horus cause they need to replace part. 3. following visit, first tech came and was embarrassed cause he doesn't know what to do. he didn't know how to replace the part spent 2 hrs...(he always called the owner or senior tech for advice infront of me...professional) now floor (marble) was fully wet which I didn't ... read more
