Horrible customer service. The technician that came to diagnose our washer didn't listen to what we were saying and was here for about 5 minutes before saying he needed to order a part and it would take a week. I sent him a video after he left of the real issue, that was not diagnosed, and got zero response. I had to call several times to try and get a different technician to come out and look at the real problem. Our washer is under warranty and Paul's is the only company Whirlpool works with in our area. I was a little concerned after seeing their Google reviews but we only have good things to say after our experience with Paul's. Jose came out a day after we scheduled online. He had to call Whirlpool to verify the repair because of warranty but he did so quickly and answered all of my questions. He was polite and professional. Don't use them if you can help it, you'll be waiting months to get your appliance fixed, especially if you live outside of 20 miles of Bryan. Confirmed the appointment a week ago to have my fridge fixed, they said the time would be between 12-4. I told them okay, I have really bad cell service so I will wait outside between 12-4 and do lawn work. This company DOES NOT deserve a 0 Rating!!! I am a customer of American Home Shield. I contacted AHS on December 26th at 4:30 pm that I was having some issues with my ice maker. They gave me the contact information for Pauls and told me that Pauls would be contacting me to set up a service call. Can't even give this company a 0 rating, because 0 is even higher than they deserve!!! Worst appliance company I've ever had the priviledge of experiencing. I have American Home Shield, another company that does not even deserve a 0 rating..... Began having problems with my "free standing" ice maker during the Christmas Holidays. Feb 5, 2020 Just had an exceptional service call from Paul’s appliance service! We were having a dishwasher problem and Paul’s serviceman came to our house in a wonderfully timely manner, diagnosed and fixed our problem swiftly! We were directed to Paul’s Appliances through American Home Shield. Best service ever! EVER!!
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! A ZERO RATING!! They break everything they work on! Our freezer is in worse condition than when we started. Our neighbor’s freezer they broke because they did not have the knowledge of the appliance and is still broke to date. Paul’s has a good communication system in place for touching base with customers. Our refrigerator was purchased at a local big box store and Paul’s is one of the warranty work providers for them. Response was prompt and punctual. The service individual was personable and attentive. My wife and I will be using them again if needed in the future. RN Garner
Doesn't even deserve a one star. This company is the worst repair appliance company we have ever dealt with. Not only are they rude and cancel their appointments regularly, they don't answer their phones and cannot repair anything. They call the manufacturer and ask them whats wrong. They don't even look at the appliance if you are lucky enough to get them to show up. First we never serviced the unit they had GE service unit. We were sent unit to deliver unable to deliver in customers time frame she demanded due to location customer us located. Contacted ge and spoke with them, customer refused to service alternate time frame, ge cancelled. Customer even told our staff on the phone she was going to do this. We did try it is a holiday week and do to where customer lived we could not do the timeframes she demanded, again we did get with GE and they are the ones that said to cancel the order... read more
