The service department is quick and the staff is friendly.
WE have been customers of Pauli Ford for decades. No complaints, lots of kudos for both sales and service departments. Always straight forward and working to be helpful. There have been several times over the years when the service department in particular worked to save us money by letting us know when it was cheaper to do THIS instead of THAT, and it did not benefit their sales bottom line in the immediate.
