My husband died. I sold his car. I took the paperwork in to get the money back for the remainder of the extended warranty. The said that they would take care of it. Never got the refund. I called the warranty company and they said Paul Sur never cancelled it. Very disappointed
RecommendedMy engine light came on today as I was leaving the grocery store, along with a few other warnings. Right away I called and brought my vehicle in to Paul Sur. Glad they were there to help with all that’s going on. We need access to our vehicles for emergencies. Thanks again.

They scratched my car door in the service department and lied about it. Either the sales person or the service tech did it and lied saying it was preexisting. My car didn't have a scratch when I pulled it into the bay and did when I left hmmmmm def won't be going back there and advise no one else to.
Went on to purchase a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali that they had on the lot. Website price $58,000, tried to sell it to me for $65,000!!!! Won't be doing business there.... EVER!!!!
