I recently purchased a car from Paul Sur Buick GMC in Valpo. At first, they were great! Didn’t pressure me into buying the car I ended up purchasing or anything! Gave me a great deal! I noticed when I was test driving it, the oil sensor said 18% oil life. They let me make an appointment with them to change it, free of charge. Awesome! I had it for 2 days and got a notification on my sensor that the passenger air tire was low. I immediately called them and asked for them to look at it when I brought it back for an oil change.... read more
Avoid this place at all cost!!!! Worst customer service!!!!! Attitude and laziness from service department office staff. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Asked for a manager and was immediately approached in an aggressive manner when asking for more detailed information. STAY AWAY!!!! Unfortunately the transmission on this 100K mile unit is performing as designed. An eight speed transmission has a positive shift especially when cold. No check engine lights on or stored in history. We are paid well by General Motors to verify and repair problems. We can not install parts to please a customer due to a bulletin. We supply every customer with an invoice of any and all repairs. This customer was not charged for this inspection. We have a fantastic staff here and get great reviews .

Went in on Saturday for my lease renewal and am very pleased with the whole experience. My salesman Ernest Ballard was very patient and accommodating with all of my requests. And he went the extra mile to go over all the bells and whistles of my new car with me.
