Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Yes, I felt forced! Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes

Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
