I had an excellent experience at this office. The service was fast and efficient, and the front desk staff and team were so kind, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Kann was incredibly helpful — he explained everything clearly and set up an excellent treatment plan for me. I truly felt cared for and confident in his approach. Highly recommend!
On time, PA explained everything and asked if I had any questions.
Very disappointed in how my appointment went. I have been having ankle pain for over a year (I should have not waited so long) so I took the first available appointment. I was X rayed and then the dr came in and spent all of 4 minutes with me. Touched my ankle once and told me what it was and gave me a prescription and a brace and told me nothing about it, just said if it doesnt feel better (didnt give a time frame) then w'ell do an MRI. Dr Jeff is very personable. He listened to my problem about pain in my right knee. I was able to get a steroid shot by the PA Ryan.
He makes you feel at ease, explains things in layman terms, shows interest in you and always happy!
Dr. Steven Kann was very personable and clearly explained my concerns. The PA that gave me my injections did his best to make them as comfortable as possible. The entire office was very friendly!
Dr. Kann is very attentive to his patients needs and explains the procedure in laymen’s terms. This experience with the whole team at Tri-State has been a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend this elite team of professionals.
The MD was rather dismissive of my problem. After seeing the pin created by palpating, he just said that it is arthritis and that the current steroids seem to be working. He also suggested that I find a different passion.
The staff from the front desk to the doctors are really listening to your concerns. Works on a plan of action to assist you in getting the care you need.
