Very successful! My knee feels better - the injection was easy and the exercises he gave me help. I will go back to him when needed.
I actually had an appointment for a cortisone injection in my knee. And I went to the wrong location! They were kind enough to squeeze me in! Always a good experience.
Visit was fine, but I think it is ridiculous that the patient has to take his own lab work to the lab. I’m there for the doctor and that’s what my insurance pays for. Not for my to drive 20 minutes out of my way to drop off my own lab work.
After I thought about it the visit seemed a bit rushed, but I am satisfied.
Absolutely would recommend Dr. Paul Liefeld. Never sugar coats anything and gets right to the point. Does not push for one treatment over another. Leaves it up to the patient. Provides options when they are available. Have been seeing him for many many years.
I had a great visit with Dr. Liefeld and his staff. He told me what was wrong with my knee, told me how to fix it and, got a Cortisone shot. Super!
Among most if not all Orthopedic surgeons Dr. Liefeld was arrogant, he was rude, had poor judgment towards the care I need, worrying about that commission for all of his referrals. I feel disrespected once again and taken advantage of. Monopolized health care is poor judgement and neglect and more people/patients need to be aware that they have options. Just another business for the poor experience list.
In and out in 1/2 hour provided good information on my questions and I trusted the answers.
I went for a shoulder and back injury from a fall at work. I knew I tore something in my shoulder because I felt it, but he did not offer an MRI. I did PT 3x/week for 4 weeks. Symptoms worsened. Arm swelled, loss of grip strength, loss of range. Every time I went back to him he asked me “you want to work right?
