Dr. Paul Grin is very brusque and does not consider the patient’s thoughts or opinions. The front office staff is rude and short-tempered. They do not take most insurance, meaning you have to pay thousands out of pocket to be bullied and belittled by Dr. Paul Grin and his office ladies.
Ive never had a provider's office refuse to submit an insurance claim, saying it would not be paid . In doing this provider charges the patient a higher rate. See other reviews on other sites.
Avoid. Awful office staff, dismissive doctor, everything feels like a money grab. See a real specialist with a nice office and helpful staff at Cedars (Dr. Foug Galen). Avoid this money pit/Carmen.
The world's top physician, in my opinion, is Dr. Paul Grin. He genuinely cares about you and offers guidance on the best sleep apnea, snoring, migraine headache, and TMJ therapies. Dr. Grin has helped me with a problem that has been going on for years. I have been to many doctors, multiple scans and no one could figure out anything to help me. He really listenes and did research as well as bringing in 2 other radiologists to review my case. He is very compassionate and has figured out a treatment for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I was grateful, but not surprised, since Dr. Grin's manner of treating my TMJ for months now has been nothing less than perfect. I am sorry to say that my visit with this doctor has been unsatisfactory. He is a crook. I was told by his staff that they will get all necessary preauthorization for any x-ray and any procedure for my son jaw clinching disorder. Dr. Grin absolutely did nothing to resolve my son pain and suffering. They rip me out of $400 and they didn’t provide the necessary steps to Anthem Blue Cross to justify what they have done and basically, I am out of $400.00 and my son is still in pain. I have contacte
Dr. Paul Grin is a most understanding physician, kind and compassionate. However, his office staff is highly unprofessional, rude and uncooperative. When I asked for copies of previous bills, I was told they had no time to do this and dismissively said they would have to mail them to me.
