When office policy changes, it would be very helpful if your patients, especially LONGTIME patients, were notified prior to their visits so they are not made to feel uncomfortable at check out. I love Dr Dean, he is a wonderful dentist, THE Best. However, my experience on 10/23/13 leads me to believe that the consultant that was hired did not do a good job of the implementation of the new policy and teaching front desk employees how to convey information with empathy and caring. I just had my teeth cleaned this time and I think its the cleanest they have ever been.
The atmosphere here is very nice and everyone makes you feel at ease.
"Well oil machine" every time! We've used this office for years for all of our dental needs from extractions to root canals and biannual preventive cleaning. The dental care we get is exceptional!

I know I am a little biased, but I have nothing but great things to say about John and his staff! They are always nice, friendly and very personable. I have added my kids as patients as well and Tanya is always accomodating around school schedules to get them in for their cleaning! Thanks for all you do!
As always Dr. John is the best. He is always nice and polite and a good person.
Dr. Dean and his staff are always very friendly. If something is wrong, he makes sure it is corrected and you are happy.
