I always get a text reminder when my appointment is getting near. Great Staff. Dr. Dean is always professional. They genuinely care about taking care of you.
Excellent job in the absence of Dr. John, my trip for cleaning was enhanced by a most thorough exam by my dental hygienist . She gave me some very good advice too.
I've been going to see Dr Dean my entire life and once again I've had a great experience! The only problem I have is that I have to wait a very short time to get in because others feel the same way I do or there would be more appointments available. (Unless it's an emergency of course)
Sadly, I just had my last dental checkup at Dr. Dean's office this week. I am moving from Arkansas to Washington, DC. I truly wish my hygienist Tanya and Dr. Dean would move with me to DC. They have taken such good care of me over the last eight years. Always courteous and upbeat, knowledgable and skilled at sharing how to best care for my mouth's overall health, Dr. Dean and his staff have my very best recommendation.

It was 1:00AM and my mouth was on fire. The tooth was more pain than I have ever experienced! The day before I had takes, 6 hours apart, three Hydocodone (sp) and had to go to the ER. Not Fun! So at 1:00AM I broke down and took half a Pill. At 3:30AM I took another half a pill. At 6:15 yet another half a pill. Dr. John Dean and his staff provide excellent care, always fully inform and discuss treatment options, are efficient and thorough, sensitive to the patient's feelings and actually make the dental care visits pleasant.
Great office and very caring staff.
I want all who read this to know that Dr. John Dean is the best dentist in town. He is a complete professional and his work is more than excellent. When I recently lost a post and crown at 6 pm, he returned from home to replace it that night after work hours. I have complete confidence in his abilities and highly, highly recommend him to any and all.
